A. FREE ACCESS TO TELEPHONIC ADVICE ON GOVERNANCE MATTERS:

All CGA clients have 24/7 access to telephonic advice and guidance on all aspects of governance.

B. ACCESS TO FREE GOVERNANCE POLICY GUIDELINES:

In addition, as a new service, from time to time we will be publishing various governance policies and guidelines which are regularly requested by our clients. Copies of these publications will be made freely available and will be delivered electronically upon receipt of the completed request form below. These publications may not be distributed for commercial gain and all we ask is that when applying the same due acknowledgement be given to CGA when utilising the same.

Currently the following publications are available:

b. Conflicts of Interest Policy updated to incorporate the requirements of the new Companies Act No 71 of 2008.

C. QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER - "THE GOVERNANCE GAZETTE"

We will shortly be releasing our quarterly governance newsletter entitled the "Governance Gazette" containing updates and information on developments in the field of governance both nationally and internationally.
